Each year Pittsburgh’s Cystic Fibrosis Foundation picks 50 honorees that exemplify leadership qualities, are active in their communities, and have excelled within their chosen industry. The class of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest are striving to continue to help blaze a trail forward to find a cure for all those living with Cystic Fibrosis.

Their campaign will culminate with the Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest Gala. This event aims to celebrate the class’ overall success, as well as to recognize each individual honoree for their outstanding accomplishments. The week prior to the gala, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette releases a publication to highlight the honorees.
